This list is a combination of past performance and projected development, so some younger players received the nod over some more established ones in some instances.

Bama-UGA Common Opponents 2013

I wouldn't use common opponents to compare teams or players. Going by common opponents in 2013, Alabama should have beaten Auburn by five touchdowns if we're just using LSU as a variable.

Why not mention that 14 of Gurley's 27 touchdowns are in OOC games, while 20 of TJY's 26 touchdowns have been in SEC play?

Of course you wouldn't.

You could say that, but seeing as how UGA's schedule was much tougher than Bama's it seems irrelevant.

Since when have comparing games against common opponents ever proven who was truly better? I'm not saying Yeldon is a better player, or even an equal player. I'm simply saying you're not being intellectually honest with yourself.

And the fact that UGA was a 5-loss team makes it even more irrelevant.

Cooper is already a first rounder on several mock drafts.

And he should be...He is very good.

Yeah I thought he was the best player on their team the last couple of years when we've played Bama. I wouldn't mind the Saints drafting him.

You could also mention how Gurley missed 3 1/2 SEC games including that putrid Mizzou rush defense. Tennessee and Vandy weren't great either.

Mizzou was in the top 40% of NCAA rush defenses.

Hands down one of the funniest Top Players list I have ever seen.

Lawson in the Top 50 is funny in itself.

Then add on the fact that Chris Jones and Robert Nkemdiche were left off the list completely.

I really did start laughing my arse off when I got to 30 and no Tunsil. If any Ole Miss player should be on a Top list, it is Tunsil with Treadwell slightly behind.

And Jalen Mills over Cody Prewitt, pls. Not saying that Prewitt should crack the top 100, but Mills above Prewitt? *Everyone laughs*

Howard hasnt accomplished anything in college. Not to mention he is undersized for that position in the NFL

Lawson is projected as one of the top defensive players in 2015 by many pubs...

you must watch many of our games... ask your in-state brothren how good he is
