Jonathan Allen should be at the top of that list without question.
Personally, I agree.
1.) Allen
2.) Barnett
3-10) Who gives a shite?

I don't get the hate for him on this board.
It's not hate. It's a response to the unabashed aggotry that
has been brought to this board by aTm fans.

Myles Garrett could not play a down next year and still be a top 5 pick in the 2017 draft. I don't get the hate for him on this board.
He's so athletic he deserves to be drafted high. Like Danielle Hunter, he'll get much better coaching in the NFL and become a great player and live up to his potential.

No AJ Jefferson, list is shite

Allen is a complete player, while Garrett can only rush the passer against non-SEC competition
Garrett should be around 3-5
Garrett should be around 3-5

Just FYI Barnett has 18.
40% of Barnetts sacks last year came against UK and Vandy.

I thought you said "Can you say 5 in a row?"

Allen,Barnett, and Lawson are better than Garrett. Shon Coleman literally shut his arse down when we played them.

Garrett has also played in more games in 2 years at A&M than Reggie did in his first 3 years at Tennessee. He also played at DT and LEFT DE, which is not the pass rushing end, where Garrett plays. Reggie was also OVERWHELMINGLY better against the run than Garrett will EVER be.
I guess he couldn't refute that one.

The same aTm DE's that help give up 4.9 ypc and 17 rushing TDs last year?

Meaning about 15 in THREE YEARS,
Garrett is a monster. Did you know that Garrett had 15.5 sacks in 6 games the last two years?
He absolutely destroyed:
Lamar
Rice
LA-Monroe
Arizona St.
Nevada
South Carolina
And to think, that's only about 64% of his total sacks.

If he had 32 sacks in 4 years, that'd be "about" 24 sacks in 3 years actually.

No Tim Williams on the, list either. He's top 5

Walter Brady made several freshman all American teams.
8th in the SEC in sacks, 12th in TFL.
Should be on the list.

Hey, somebody's got to make tackles on that defense. He's all they have!!!
Posted on 1/19/16 at 6:30 am to texag7
I'd still take Derek Barnett as an every down DE over Garrett.
Pure Pass rush then I'd take Garrett but it would be close.
