Many = about 3 or 4 on an internet forum?

I didn't care about the childish shite AU fans did to BDS and I don't think many Bama fans really were bothered by it

I knew it would happen. Too many Bama fans upset about Auburn vandalizing Bryant Denny, not once, but three times.

That article about auburn fans staying classy, was it classy to vandalize the University of Alabama's campus?

I know I didn't do it and I hate it for the trees because I really love trees, but you can only push someone so many times before they start pushing back.

Yeah, I was afraid it would happen too. The true Alabama fans wouldn't do something like this, IMO. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it wasn't an Alabama fan - but if it WAS, then it had to be one of the bandwagon rednecks that give us a bad name!

I hate that it was done too because that's a part of Auburn's history...even though Auburn is a huge rival to me, I'd never wish this on any school!

And BTW, didn't something come out like this after the UGA-Auburn game?

Its probably a ploy by Auburn so that when the trees survive it can be some sort of "feel good" story, and they can say God saved the trees.

Sorry, I couldn't help but laugh at this comment!

I think there were rumors about it but this is the first thing I've seen confirming it.

Your first post was "I don't agree, BUT..." and then you proceeded to justify. It was basically a "If Auburn hadn't done this, then THAT wouldn't have happened." That's trying to justify it, frickwad.

Show me where I justify and said that I support anything that went on. Someone asked how stickers, grass, and taping a jersey were acts of vandalism and so I posted the definition of vandalism. If anything, I posted something so that people can tell what is and what isn't vandalism.

Look, this is a very disturbng and embarassing thing, and I really hope the SOB is cuaght and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Not only was that a DESPICABLE act, but I wouldn't trust a person that malicious to not harm another person that he held a grudge against- clearly he has serious issues.

I remember something coming from the UGA fanbase.

Funny as hell if it turns out to be one...

The part people are forgetting is that the man said he did it a week after the Iron Bowl.

As long as no people are harmed I think this is hilarious rivalry at its best. I know in the SC-CU rivalry at least one cow and one chicken has died in result of the rivalry. As long as the AU-UA fans are attacking each others plants its a-ok with me.

This was done before the stuff was done at BDS. So any bama fan saying it was in response to that, is incorrect. I remember when the call was made to Finebaum, I remember the guy specifically saying he used Spike to do it, and it was well before the magnet and the jersey.
