Crazy to think but the entire south is littered with oak trees.

I replaced my flag outside my house because Bama didn't win the championship this year. That's what AU is really doing right? Superstitious that these trees weren't helping you win enough.

Quit planting trees. Make it some other shrine to Auburn football like Bama does with the statues.

Didn't an incident with a statue cause the demise of the trees?

What does Auburn do with the replacement trees?

They've had to go through a few transplants over the last few years, do those mature/adult trees end up in the chipper?

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions about what Auburn should do. We want trees, we will have trees.

It is a shame that so many Bama fans hold up Harvey as a HERO. Wanted his autograph and certainly defend him. Shows that world famous Bama Class.

Harvey is a fricking idiot mental case, period. And so is the guy that torched your tree after he LSU game.

Best wishes for the next set of transplants headed your way.

The first time.

An immigrant caused the second demise.

I say we put up a statue of the Bear wearing an old school AU hat and a Cam jersey. If they can make him look sober and somehow like a loyal husband, even better.

Quit trying to replant full sized trees.

This is it I think. I never understood why they were in such a hurry to have them rollable in two years. Plant some 12-15 foot tall trees, and in 10-15 years, they'll be as big as the larger transplanted ones. We can wait!

Bigger question is why people roll their own frickin' trees in the first place.

The soil may test as ok or under whatever level they need to grow but it may be harmful all the same. Hopefully, the team in charge has figured out what needs to be done to nurture this next try -- time may well have healed the soil enough (certainly can't hurt), though transplanting larger trees is never as easy as it might seem.

How close to the road are the trees planted? Trees generally go into shock after being planted and additional heat from the roadway probably affects the severity of that shock.

I suggest you make a violin and bow out of those trees. Get it?

Harvey is a disgrace. I wish he wasn't associated with Bama's fan base, but winners attract all kinds.
What he did to your trees sucks. His actions earned all the problems he's created in his life, if not more.
So plant your damn trees again. And we will all we can to help them thrive by not giving you reasons to throw your damn toilet paper in them.
