As a Bama grad transplanted to Dallas the thing I miss more than anything is good southern BBQ. Out here in TX it is beef brisket and beef ribs. frick that! Pulled pork and pork ribs are 1000x better.
I like Memphis BBQ, but Dreamland in sweet home Alabama is still the best. Full Moon BBQ is 2nd. But of course I'm biased.

Ole Miss is gonna win, and even if they don't, I don't care. There really aren't any games in the Big 12 I care about anymore. They aren't nationally significant anymore. I'm more concerned with Alabama choking than I am butterteeth beating up on Kansas.

Pork takes the skill of riding a tricycle. Beef is a superior meat and when prepared well, beats pork by a mile. Only pork cut that is up there is pork belly. Austin tar and feathers memphis or whatever yall can dream up. Hell, half of you probably believe sauce is a fundamental part of bbq. Idiots.
