Alabama is easily right on Ole Miss' heels.

We also have an advantage when it comes to turnovers. We lead the SEC in interceptions with 15.

Yep. Ole Miss' D does about as good a job of controlled chaos as anyone I can remember. And they lay tons of big licks but they also just don't miss tackles. Really really good.

I just hope we can play with these giants with a bunch of championships under their belt

At least that is they way they are acting. Just like Bama fans minus the trophies.

A&M has been exposed as a no-defense having clownfraud, but they still put up a goddamn boatload of yards against South Carolina. Now, I know SC isn't great either, but the yards they put up would have been impressive even against a Sun Belt team.

havent looked good since that game

And Alabama has arguably the SEC's most talented offense. You're just trying to downplay it out of convenience.

yeh the 14 pts at Arkansas was impressive. i sadi they are not that impressive on the road...they played OM on the road.

We will see at the end of the year.

LSU converting 3rd downs against OM is a huge if?

What about Louisville? No one impressed with their lead in yards/g and 4th in points allowed performance thus far?

They're badass.

I think Ole Miss and Bama are better though.

We're more than halfway through the season. We can make those kinds of judgments now.

Yes. Y'all will be lucky to score 20 points on offense.

I think its fair to say that Ole Misss is not intimidated by Tiger Stadium or LSU in general. No matter the circumstances, more often than not, OM plays hard against LSU. As an LSU fan, I'll admit that its annoying that no matter how good we are and how bad OM is we can't rest. Thats why it would be EXTREMELY satisfying to upset the Rebs this weekend.

It'll be interesting to see how OM reacts going into a packed Tiger Stadium as the favorite against an LSU team who has nothing to lose.

LSU is never up for the Ole Miss game because y'all have been irrelevant for so long.

We'll be ready Saturday night. We will need to help our Tigers, for they are no longer the superior team.

It will be interesting so see how riled up TS is Sat.

Being honest, TS has been a major embarrassment all year, so we will see.

I am thinking the fans will dig in. Reality has hit them, and hit them hard. They left the MSU game because they couldn't deal with the stark reality of who we are right now. They know now they have to draw a line in the sand
