California- 2 teams
Texas- 1 team.

Looks like we got a new Mecca of college football!

Was kind of shocked that this was the first time Troy had been in the Top 25. I figured they had snuck in one of those years they had in the mid-late 2000s.

They are the first Sun Belt team to EVER be ranked. Neil Brown is tearing it up.

Nothing new about it. Look at the NCs & NCG appearances and Heisman trophies since 2009. Far and away the most dominant state.

Troy very easily could have beaten Clemson in Clemson, they're a very solid team from what I've seen.

We actually need to play/beat Clemson again in the playoffs to avenge the Auburn and Try losses.
