I think both the West and the East are up for grabs at this point.

The one-loss teams in the West (LSU and Arky, I'm looking in your direction) still have a legitimate shot at Atlanta if they win out.

I don't think a West team will make it through the end of the season undefeated in conference play. The East team in Atlanta will probably have at least 2 conference play losses.

In general, I will likely consider All american first round draft picks to be better than "5 star" kids.

I'll be wrong again soon.

Including the experts, and many people who get paid to do this. Aggie hasn't missed a beat and maybe gotten better on offense post-Manziel. Not many people called that, reasonably so.

Aggie's receiving corp is phenomenal, and I never had doubts as to them performing well. Hill is, and will be, a great quarterback under Sumlin.

One thing people are overlooking regarding Aggie is Hill being a freshman. He will have a few bad freshman games and it will cost them a few crucial wins. He's just not ready to lead a team through that SEC West gauntlet and make it to Atlanta. I'm scared of their potential when he's a more veteran quarterback, but I just don't see them doing it this year because of that. Freshman quarterbacks will be freshman quarterbacks, it's inevitable.

Elaborate on Alabama's Dline please.

I like what they've done so far but I haven't been floored by them.

We've mainly faced a ton of quick passing teams, so the #'s haven't been great but we are still getting good pressure. No one has been able to run on these guys.

I love seeing Rashaan Evans out there on obvious passing downs.

I think this bye week is going to help a lot. I think A'Shawn still isn't 100% and Hand & Evans can get more practice reps.

Tamu looks good, but let's pump the brakes just a bit. They have beaten several high school teams and a cocks team that just looks bad so far this season barley beating ecu and vandy not to mention without some lucky missed kicks by Uga, they are 2-2 right now. Let's see how they do against the sec west.

In light of your post, which was more gracious than most deserved, LSU has submitted an application to participate in the EAST for the next two years. We will then rejoin. Unless that doesn't work out, then we are going to the Sunbelt.

Damn, that means State will probably have you on our schedule for the unforeseeable future.

We will play it at Tiger Stadium, that way there will be no witnesses either way. We could do it on a Tuesday so game planning, training and such wont clutter up our schedule.

I don't think anyone disagrees with you.
And Ags are as eager as anyone to see how our players perform against better teams.
I've seen more caution expressed by our [non-trolling] fans than from anyone.
The season starts now.

One thing you're overlooking -- Hill is a sophomore.
