Here's another nugget. Seems Arky fans are convinced he'll turn the job down because of the "cap incident".

You are as bad at picking up sarcasm as most hogville posters....

You're about to remember what that excitement feels like to be tempered with losing your coach. If he goes to UF, I doubt very seriously he's your coach in the Sugar.

God Dammit

Its ok Toddy, IF Petrino does leave whoever we hire, Nutt will still be the worst coach in the West.

If Florida wants to pay his year salary, and his buyout then by all means let them pay those millions.

It is not going to happen, but you can continue to hope I suppose while we prepare for our BCS bowl game. You remember what that is like don't yo.....oh wait, you don't do you

the Miami Herald tweeted a list of coaches that UF wants to talk to, and Petrino was not on that list.

The Florida AD said the 3.1 million buyout would be "no problem". "Every coach is an option", I believe were his words.

You're convinced he is leaving, and he isn't even a candidate. You going to make 21 Petrino threads like you did when Mullen was going to Miami?

Y'all just need to be brought down a couple of notches. The Arky posters have been almost unbearable this season.

See, you lost me there

I was willing to play along and be an arse hole to you until you broke off into the making shite up category.

Consider this......If by chance Bobby Petrino leaves the UofA, no matter who we hire, Ole Miss will still be stuck with the monkey with a whistle.

*Serious face: ON*

This same thing happened last year. Petrino was never interested then. I am not sure what a 7-5 season would change in that mind of his.

Meyer will have some pull in who gets this job. It will not be Petrino. I highly doubt Petrino is ever contacted by Florida. That is just my opinion. I feel like Florida will go after 1 bigger name(Mullen). If that does not work out, then they go for a high profile coordinator(Malzahn).

I'm not making it up. That's what he said. He said the coaching search "could be completed in two to two and a half weeks" He said "contract buyouts would not be a problem" and "every coach was an option"
