Bower and Herron didn't play, but both will be very good for LSU
Chris Jones was best. Guy is an NFL ready monster.

Has played between 30 and 40 games of competitive football in his life. Only played half a JR year and a full SR yr in high school at a small school in rural MS. Wasn't enrolled at MSU until July. Kid hasn't even had a full year of college coaching/weight training yet. Best attitude and hunger to learn on our defense -- and has a relentless motor. Already the emotional leader of our DL group as a true freshman...

I see your Robinson and raise you Leonard Floyd. 47 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks and 16 qb hurries. Plus a blocked fg and 2 forced fumbles

I know he usually has a hand in the dirt but he's listed as an OLB

From Mizzou...
Harold Brantley, RSFr was good and improved through the year. Josh Augusta, true Freshman, came on strong toward the end of the year. These guys will be very disruptive next season.

It's between RN and Jones. Both deserving.

No doubt Robinson is a monster, but stats don't tell the whole story with DLine guys. They can be disruptive in many different ways that aren't recorded.
Has there ever been a group of true freshman this large to have this big of an impact on DLines? I've always understood that to be a position that takes some getting used to in the transition from HS to college.

He's an OLB, but you're right about him being a damn stud. I fear we may only have for 1 more year since he was at prep for a year. Hopefully we can get 2 more years from him.
