I just hope we win a game. The lack of talent could really hurt this season. If one of our 2 star WR recruits steps up against Arkansas, we might be able to pull that one out.

Everyone keeps saying AU is the most overrated. Therefore, we are the most underrated.

I can't make predictions at all without people thinking I'm angry about their school.

I buy UGA not being terrible. I don't buy them winning 11/12 games. Some think that 10 wins should be expected, and I think they're overrated as a result.

The world where an 8-4/9-3 team is expected to go 10-2/11-1?

Don't pay attention to Gradual_Stroke. He is working on brownie points with Chicken so the next time ban land won't last so long.

Ole Miss returns every player from last year except Moncrief and lost 3 of 5 games by a possession. Not sure how that truly adds up to us being overrated, but your opinion is your opinion.

Overrated:
Auburn - too many lucky wins last year.
A&M - going to be terrible

Underrated:
Arkansas - can only go up. Allen has progressed this offseason, nasty running game, a great DLine. Will win an SEC West game this year.
Ole Miss - I don't know what we are basing this off, but if it's off last seasons record, OM is underrated. The only teams I'm worried about are Bama, AU, LSU, and A&M(that's already an improvement off last season and OM can win at least two of those games). A&M because it's a new environment. Not too worried about MSU because it's in Oxford. Ole Miss has won 24 of their 40 wins in Baton Rouge. We play very well there.

Questionable:
LSU - This is the wildcard this year. Last year is was AU with the talent on the team but a new staff. LSU will rely a lot on Freshman. I know LSU reloads every season(and does it well), but I feel like some positions are relying on them immediately.

PS: I only have LSU as questionable because I don't know the terms of this thread. If it's based off last seasons records, I just don't know how anyone can make a prediction of 10 wins for LSU. Not saying it can't/won't happen. Every SECW team has its flaws this season.

it's hilarious when people say aTm will be "terrible" and finish last.

the same people must not follow recruiting and how we have been working on stocking our team up with some VERY good players.

Yes, our defense sucked arse. We had TEN...TEN freshman in the 2 deep on D. They got a season of experience combined with a year of college under their belt. In addition, our incoming class is going to have some playmakers (a la Myles Garrett). No, we're not going to have a lights out defense. But we will be improved.

On offense, we are LOADED. The only question mark will be the quarterback, but if a team were to be judged only on that, then I guess LSU, 'Bama, and a host of others will all "suck" too, right? Not to mention we upgraded our offensive coordinator from last season (same one who called the plays in the bowl games vs. the rest of the season).

So flame away. Not saying we're going to challenge for the SEC west title this year, but acting like we're going to be 7th is hilarious.

Agreed. Although I think Ole Miss is definitely capable of getting to 8 wins (Including the Bowl)

So, it's not like I think they're a bad team, just a bit overrated relative to their instate rivals.
