super f'ing gay! but if you had just said please I may have obliged you for nothing more than your manners.

what you want to see, the play I refer to or the rule against it? the rule comment was tongue in cheeck my man, hence the I have no idea nor do I care if there is one or not. if it was that big of a deal our guys could have done it too I suppose.

I just wanted to see the play.

Why would we read something the SEC refs have never read?

I called it a head slap in the OP, but he really is just pushing him in the back if you inspect it real close, Mister referee guy.

he got another one late in the game, I think it may have been on Owens...and he DID go down. there has to be a rule against that

Hahaha I saw that one. I personally think it's awesome

It's not just CK. Both their tackles do it. Just not on that play for some reason. It's coached, and it works -- wouldn't even have to go for the head.

You gotta be long and strong, though.

I teach my son to do this. I tell him if the DT is playing dirty slap the hell out of him. Usually one is all it takes.

I know its illegal but if the refs are not gonna call it on the other guy give back to him.

Lol at the people claiming this should be a penalty. It's perfectly legal, and it is a typical blocking maneuver by tackles on screens and draws. Most teams do this.

Great form by CyKo right there.

Looks like he slaps him on the back and not the head. So I guess 9-1-2a doesn't apply.

This. It happens all the time and is taught to the OL. Your team has probably done it. It's a great way to get a DL off balance, allowing just enough time for the QB to throw the screen.

Pretty sure that is a personal foul by any interpretation of the rule.

Na. If you look closely you can see that Cy got his arm right under Lawson's left underarm.
