Pretty sure that is a personal foul by any interpretation of the rule.

That is kinda crazy that that's legal. He's basically throwing a punch.

Um no. He is pushing him really hard with a swift swing of the arm at best.

he got another one late in the game, I think it may have been on Owens...and he DID go down. there has to be a rule against that

How exactly do you think clubbing to the helmet is an allowable play in college football. The Deacon Jones headslap hasn't been a legal play in decades.

Well, first off, he isn't "clubbing." He has an open hand, and he is pushing the DE to where he is already going. Its excellent technique for draw plays.

Maybe you should petition the league for a rule change, cause he's been busting chops all year. It's a coached technique.

Then how come they never call it? It's pretty blatant.

The Head of Officiating for the SEC is a Bama grad. That's how you can go two years between holding calls.

But he winds up for the "push" like Donkey Kong in Super Smash Bros. I noticed it live because you can see it coming from a mile away.

So someone tries to beat him outside and he swings at their head. I don't see why that's so impressive honestly.

super f'ing gay! but if you had just said please I may have obliged you for nothing more than your manners.

what you want to see, the play I refer to or the rule against it? the rule comment was tongue in cheeck my man, hence the I have no idea nor do I care if there is one or not. if it was that big of a deal our guys could have done it too I suppose.
