Aubies are terrified that Lil Bear is going in dry on them next. Just continuing his father's good works.

Georgia won't sniff the NC while Richt is your coach.

2012 was your chance and you blew it.

Once again. This has nothing to do with Auburn vs Alabama. This has to do with a huge injustice that UA is at the forefront of. The only thing making it Auburn vs Alabama is that Bama fans have their heads too far up their Crimson arse to look at the facts and go against what UA says and justifying it by claiming the only reason people care is because they want Bama to look bad. The ego of you schools football program has rubbed off on the fans and it's sickening

Keep blaming Aubies for your problems though.

What problems? I'm giving Aubie props for not melting and instead trolling Bama effectively after a crushing loss.

It's amazing that a fanbase that hates to be associated with the state of Alabama is suddenly concerned for the well-being of its universities.

wtf are you talking about? That's a load of shite.
Everybody here knows I'm from Birmingham. I grew up around UAB and rooting for their teams, but because I'm an Auburn fan I suddenly only care about UAB because of Bama? get the frick over yourself

It's only come out in the last month that they wanted to kill the football program but go back and find every thread about UAB and the on campus stadium since I joined this site and you'll find I posted there just as passionately as I am now.

See, that's the problem. Most UAB "fans" are actually Auburn/Bama fans who watch their own team, and may occasionally check the ticker and say "oh cool UAB won." That's not supporting the team. They both play on Saturday, you can't be a fan of both.

LINK

Watch that and tell you don't feel sorry for those kids.

As for the UAB itself, unless you have a connection to UAB or Birmingham then I don't except to feel sorry. But for those of us that do, this is a huge blow to the University and the entire city of Birmingham.

But you don't have to feel sorry for UAB to recognize that this is a huge injustice. If you can't see that, then I feel sorry for you just as I feel sorry for all sheeple.

I'll be there Friday. Know any good Sonics?

And I said fanbase, meaning the collective. Meaning most, not all, of the Auburn fans posting about this are just trolling.

So you are fine with the board of trustees doing every th ing in its power to shut down a football program at UAB? I find it funny that many ar UAB want out of university of alabama system due to the politics involved.

It's shameful that a bunch of retards won't actually take a second and look at this. The politicians in Alabama are as crooked as they come but who cares as long as my team won the ironbowl. Damn the state deserves what it gets.

Why can't I be a fan of both? I've been to as many UAB football and basketball games over the years as I have Auburn games. It's a lot easier to head downtown for an afternoon than drive 2 hours and spend a day in Auburn.

Some of my fondest childhood memories with my dad, a UAB alumni, are at UAB games.

Again, dont make assumptions just because I have an AU logo next to my username

The injustice is killing a football program that was no worse off than most other mid-major football programs and acting like you're doing them a favor and they're some huge burden.

If you want the fact then click on one of the other 100 UAB threads on this board right now. They aren't hard to find and I'm not doing your homework for you.
