IDGAF if people think our schedules suck, after who we've been playing the past several years I don't even care.

Point well taken but why'd you leave Boise State 2011 off your list, yo?

What glory years? And guess what, we've played AU every year. Since 1992 Auburn has been FAR and away better than arkansas.

We've played Auburn during all their best years for the past 21 years. Hell, we've even caught MSU during their best years.

Ok? For as often as you've played AU and MSU, we've played Arkansas and MSU. That's how the fricking rotation works. It's not our fault that you catch them when they're good and we might not. That's luck of the draw. If you wanna complain and say how unfortunate it is for SC, fine I'll agree with you. But to claim UGA is behind it in any way or there's some sort of shenanigans going on to pull strings for us is so outlandish I can't even believe I'm typing out a response to it.

But they are frick-ups.

Yeah, we should aspire to have the SEC Championship Game history that Carolina has.

Oh wait, nevermind you lost by 40 in the biggest blowout in the game's history.

Look at the trend. Is it any wonder the UGA "resurgence" just so happened to coincide with the softest UGA schedules in recent memory? That schedule bailed Richt out of a firing. 6-7 Good timing for Richt.

did you really just find a way to link LSU's roster attrition to our scheduling?

Great, now you can't say how tough your schedule is because we play them too. GT and NC are pretty equal so there goes that OOC game. We both play the east. So our west schedule is auburn and LSU, yours is MSU and arkansas. Soooo we have a tougher schedule than you, yet you still complain about it.

If only UGA fans had a clue. When we talk about UGA's schedule next season being tougher, we don't mean tougher than USC's, or most others, for that matter. When it's relative, that means it's all relative, and RELATIVELY speaking, UGA's schedule is - yes- tougher than the joke-jobs of the past 2 seasons,

but the fact is, USC's 2013 schedule will STILL be tougher than UGA's, and the evidence is there to see.....

You don't have a clue what you're talking about. Our "resurgence" happens to do with the fact that we have one of the greatest statistical QBs in SEC history and a defense that greatly improved over its previous regime.

2013 schedule for South Carolina (opponent's 2012 record):

UNC (8-4)
@ UGA (12-2)
VU (9-4)
BYE
@ UCF (10-4)
UK (2-10)
@ ARK (4-8)
@ UT (5-7)
@ Mizzou (5-7)
MSU (8-5)
BYE
UF (11-2)
Coastal Carolina (FCS)(8-5)
CU (11-2)

Total record in 2012: 93 - 60 (.608)

2013 schedule for Georgia:

@ CU (11-2)
USC (11-2)
BYE
North Texas (4-8)
LSU (10-3)
@ UT (5-7)
Mizzou (5-7)
@ VU (9-4)
BYE
UF (Neutral) (11-2)
App State (FCS) (8-4)
@ AU (3-9)
UK (2-10)
@ GT (7-7)

Total record in 2012: 86 - 65 (.570)

In 2013 USC will play 7 FBS opponents who finished with a winning record, versus UGA playing only 5. USC will have 7 FBS opponents who played in season-ending bowl games, versus only 6 for UGA.

There will be some who will argue this off-season from ESPN, Steele, etc. that USC's 2013 schedule is tougher than UGA's 2013 schedule. THAT'S how weak UGA's past 2 schedules have been: where they can ramp up the toughness of their schedule (supposedly), and USC can throttle down on theirs, and USC will STILL be looked at with the tougher schedule between the two....

Remind me again what is his record against ranked teams? Guess it is fortunate not many of them appeared on the schedule during that "resurgence," no?

LINK

Probably up to 4-9 after the bowl victory.

Next year they get LSU, at home and in Athens, in a season in which, for the first time in years, LSU may very well be down.

Nobody is predicting a significant dropoff. Vegas has LSU is the third favorite to win it all in 2013 behind Bama and Oregon.

Despite all the exiting juniors the only major overhaul on offense or defense is the DL. The other concern is RB for depth reason - only have 3-4 RB's ready to go and does not appear to be any in signing class. LSU plays a lot of players and every position except DL has players that played a lot stepping into the #1 spot on depth charts. Oh yeah, We have been "all-in" on Mett so nobody has any PT at QB if he gets hurt...

That is crazy insane.

Were I not a LSU alum and were it a stock, I would short the shite out of said stock.

Just not seeing it with that many defensive starters leaving for the NFL. Unless Mett shocks the world but I definitely would bet on that happening. He's got the potential but I'm just not seeing a whole season's worth of magic... he would have to be Cam-tastic next year.

LSU is not going-down on anyone ... wait, err.

Conway, nice job on next year's schedules. Well done. Georgia still plays a weaker schedule. Ain't that some dawg crap.

We've also faced the eventual national champion, during the regular season, nine out of the last 21 years.

So don't get all up in a Gamecock fan's face talking shite about how tough UGA's schedule is when we've all heard the story about the picture y'all have of Slive fricking the goat. That's the only reasonable explanation for the schedules you've managed to draw.

Just so I know, you believe Slive knows who is going to win the West or the NC before the schedule is made, and makes sure UGA avoids those teams and USCe plays them?
