Youre going to be waiting awhile. KSU will be able to score enough to keep up with Auburn.
Why? Did Sims and Bama's Oline get swapped with Marshall and crew?

I agree with Trey.

And for that, this Mizzou fan will be eternally grateful...

Agree completely. Also agree that Auburn wins by 20+
Anticipate KSU will focus on stopping the Auburn running game. Figure Tigers would have 280+ through the air. Weather forecast is kind of dicey for Thurs night. If it is raining then I can see KSU keeping it close.
No rain, then Tigers by 20+.

“This will likely be our greatest attended game ever,” K-State athletic director John Currie said last week. “We actually have not sold standing room-only tickets, because we know our student section will be as full as it has ever been that night.” The capacity crowd is expected to be so large that K-State issued a news release on Monday, asking fans to arrive as early as possible for the 6:30 p.m. kickoff. Parking lots will open at 1:30.
“We have been hearing about the buzz for this game since before the season,” defensive tackle Valentino Coleman said. “This game is real big, not just for our football team but our whole community. Our whole community is looking forward to this game and to us putting on a show.”
Added linebacker Jonathan Truman: “Everyone has had this game highlighted on their calendars. We always talk about taking it one game at a time and we have, but now we are excited this game is finally here. I think everyone else is, too. To have the game on a Thursday night, televised, everybody is watching. I think both us and Auburn are excited to play. It is going to be rocking.
I smell a Disney movie somewhere in there

Dont count out the purple wizard............
I remember when they raped OU in 2003, when everyone thought #1 OU was the greatest team. And hes made Texas his bitch over the last decade. Besides last season, I believe Texas hadnt beaten KSU since Vince Young was at QB. The guy retired and won a conference championship within 3 years.......... at a place like Kansas State. Let that sink in. He'll have his team ready for Auburn.
Ultimately I think Auburn wins, but it will be close ....... atleast for a while. 3rd-4th quarter I can see KSU running out of gas.

Fuego.. Pretty spot on. The crowd will carry kstate in the beginning, but just the most talented of teams (bama), they'll wear down from the relentless offense.

I hope they kick Auburn's arse--badly. Not counting on it though. The line is down to one possession. I think Auburn easily wins by two scores.

Not so fast, gingersnaps. Gus and Auburn outperform expectations. I believe Auburn is somewhere around the neighborhood of 15-1 against the spread starting last season. To put that in perspective, Bama is 1-4 in their last 5 games.

Dag-gone, take it easy..."our whole community" - lol
People that try to find reasons outside of the obvious of why the SEC is such a powerful force in sports need only to read. When one of our traditional powers comes to town it's not just a game, it's an EVENT.
Go SEC!

all the talk about the sec is down. its funny that any ooc team, including the other big 4, consider a game against the sec as their super bowl. they measure themselves on how they fare against an sec team. its always considered some monumental feat if they get a win. when will these ninjas recognize. this of course with the "except ky and vandy" caveat.

This might be the biggest game in the history of Manhattan, Kansas. Just think about it. If Auburn wins, their name will be plastered across Manhattan forever.
Of course, Manhattan, KS is no Mobile, AL, but it's still a pretty big deal.
