I agree. If an opposing player says or does something that hurts his opponent's feelings it should be a 5 yard personal foul penalty.
ETA If the aggrieved player is moved to tears it should be a 15 yarder.

An offsides penalty should never offset a personal foul. The only thing that should offset a personal foul, is a personal foul.
