I personally have more doubts about LSUs front seven than I do about their quarterback play. They were mutilated by the good offenses they played last year and seem to be relying a lot on true freshmen to change that.

Half of the front 7 is solid, the other half is make-shift. 1 MLB is a True Freshmen, and the two outside LB's are former DEs.

Their two deep was very SEC average. There will be at least two or three freshmen in that two deep for a reason. On the line and at linebacker.

So LF7 should be well rested on gamedays. He won't run for much in practice if this group is better than Bama was last year.
