Dang, I had no idea. Are Quiznos and Circuit City on there as well?

Congrats on being a factory producing greedy CEOs that are the problem with this country?

Dillards is one of the worst run companies in America.

A Mizzou graduate is the founder of the current Fortune 1 corporation.

I read this and knew you were from Ohio.

Yeah.
I wouldn't expect a Mississippi person to know what a Fortune 500 company looks like. Have y'all ever had one?
Little ole Arky has 7 of them.

WJC was too smart for any state school anyway. Huge Razorbacks fan, and the first home he bought (for Hillary) is a tourist attraction in Fayetteville.

Yeah it's too bad I've never left the state of Mississippi. Maybe one day I can visit the booming modern hub of business and new ideas that is the state of Arkansas.
Posted on 6/23/15 at 9:47 pm to BallstotheWesleyWall
Well I give you credit for leaving. That state has no future. There are fewer people employed in Mississippi than there were in 2000. And in spite of your jab, Arkansas' future economy is setting up pretty nicely with those 7 companies being here. There are three F500s within 25 minutes of my house. Kinda helps with the whole having a job and making money thing.

My point was to reply with enough snark to hurt somebody's feelings.
Anyway, we've got some really good stuff happening around here right now and for many years to come. This little metro is just getting started.

Ain't this the truth! fricking C-suite warriors cashing in while the average workers aren't seeing pay increases worth shite

We are poor but with y'all going like gang busters, I was shocked when I looked up your unemployment rate. We remain the proud owners of the Ms Delta where probably 50% of our unemployment resides. With that many F500 companies in your state you should be at the top of unemployment rather than at 30.
