I have been to almost 100 games in Starkville and I have never heard or seen any of our fans act this way.
Had several really obnoxious State fans at the 2012 game acting really stupid...cussing at people ect in the junction. Just pointing out that everyone has a-hole fans that can't handle their liquor.

Nice. Some people cant live with other teams success and take to message boards to sling mud.

I have been to about 4 or 5 games in Starkville, between MSU and Arkansas and have never had a bad experience. Of course MSU was never ranked either.

Hope you never go to Knoxville.

Okay. Thanks. Sorry you had a bad experience. The only Auburn fan that I saw get messed with was one that setup his tailgate tent and had a charcoal grill under it and was smoking everyone out around him. Guy had no idea what he was doing and couldn't figure it out for the life of him.

Hope you never go to Knoxville.

Sounds like you had the same experience I did at the 09 Egg Bowl and that's the reason I'll never go back to see Ole Miss play in Starkville. Their older fans are fine but their younger/college aged fans are jackasses.

What a pathetic, whiny little bitch of a post.
Everyone knows that with any new found success comes new found fans. And the majority of these new found fans don't know the proper way to react to success.
Deal with it .You sound like a huge vagina.

to be honest a majority of State fans were rather generous but of course there were some that was not. That's all I want to point out. I'm actually happy for state and as long as both our teams beat Bama then we'll both have a good year.

Im proud of Mississippi State, even though they beat my Tigers. As I live in Mississippi, I have to be proud for the state. What I do not have to be proud of is this explosion of an arrogant fanbase. I usually don't have a problem with State fans but, since They finally have something to cheer about, majority of them are just plain rude. I went to Starkville for the game this weekend representing the Auburn Tigers. I have never experienced so many rude people in one place, and I've even been to Tuscaloosa wearing orange and blue. I was called a "Sorry son of a bitch" numerous times, people were waving cowbells in my face, giving me the finger and laughing at me when Auburn lost. even most Bammers know the line between casual smack talk and being flat out rude. I have several friends that are State fans and though I was hanging out in the junction, I just wanted to see gameday. I didn't provoke anybody, I realize I was in enemy territory, but my god. Do these guys know what class means? Have fun being number one.
Now you know what we've been saying for a long long time....

So, no variety, three or four different people all called you a "sorry son of a bitch"? Is this a Grind thing?

Good point but I've been to several road games and never did any fans call my friend's 65 year old mother a "fat bitch" and threaten to kick our asses when we said something to them about it.
Yes I know EVERY fanbase has people like this and there are more great State fans than bad. But the minority can ruin the experience for you.

I've been to Death Valley and the fans were amazing. I've yet to experience a fanbase like Starkville this weekend. Smack talk is expected but, not like that.

that's because 9 times out of 10 Auburn wins, right? Auburn lost 100% of the time this year, suffer it!
