Not sure why you specifically chose LSU to single out.

Simple, he still has the raw butt from this past weekend.

Gata is so upset that he "maintained" last week. They are trying to get it in after the gun. Sorry you guys lost, trolling was closed immediately after it happened.

Whatever.

LSU tailgaters have more "cocktails" for breakfast on Saturday mornings than these little pansies.

I can guarantee for a fact you've never been to this game.

Why was the qualifier "outdoor" added? Is their a larger indoor cocktail party? If so, where is it?

There were 2 parts to my post. One addressing LSU/Bama and the other addressing Bama/UT.

I simply posted this due to all the fake rivalry threads going on between all of you. Geez LSU people really have to make it all about them don't they?

I think it was just to specify that the event is outdoors, since your standard cocktail party would obviously be indoors.

A true rivalry spans all sports. Is Florida-Georgia a rivalry in basketball as well? Serious question, because I don't know.

I move that it be changed to World's Largest Cocktail Party unless there is an indoor one that is bigger. Any second?

not bad.

To be honest, most people who do actually refer to the game by title will typically just call is "the cocktail party" or as you said the "world's largest cocktail party".

I don't really see or hear many folks go all in and include the outdoor part as well.

It's a rivalry in every sport we play. They are our rival. I'm not sure how exactly one would really qualify an answer.

We don't start tailgating on Tuesday for basketball games with florida if that's what you mean. But they are our 2nd biggest rival so obviously we want to beat them in everything. But again, football is king so obviously there will be MORE passion in football than other sports.

I think you guys have something going on with T A&M. You 2 are like the elementary school boy and girl throwing sand at eachother on the playground. You act like you don't like it, but really you do. Just make it happen already.

Is there a name for the basketball game? Or Auburn-Bama for that matter? Or do you still call it tWLOCP/Iron Bowl? I'm not trolling, I'm generally curious. I've only been doing this SEC thing for a couple of years...I come from a place where basketball rules

It appears in articles and stuff, too. To be honest, years ago, I didn't even know Outdoor was in there until I saw it in a newspaper article.

Not a name like WLOCP, it's just georgia/florida. The football version is unique in pretty much every sense of the word, you aren't going to see that same ambience/atmosphere at UGA/UF in any other sport.

But that doesnt' make them less of a rival or mean that we don't care other than football.
