I can't think of a more unorganized campus than Auburn. Nothing about that campus layout makes sense.

The KA and Lambda Chi houses are on opposite sides of campus, then there's a Dominos and Chick-Fil-A next to academic buildings and such. There is a trailer park used for freshman housing. It's all just a mess. Now, Alabama, that's a good campus layout.

That is going to be pretty obnoxious up there.

Not sure how this has to do with Campus layout.
Georgia fraternities are found on Milledge, across campus behind the stadium, and randomly throughout spots near downtown (SAE, KA, and Sigma Chi) and it works.

All Engineering related buildings are on north campus, all non engineering are on the south grouped by field.
Campus is extremely easy to navigate

That is private property north of magnolia ave. Any business properly zoned can open up shop. Not university layout related as Auburn city controls that

Lambda Chi chose to not live on university property and therefore aren't on the west side of campus where most fraternities are located. That is a Lambda Chi decision not Auburn University layout

There is not, and never has been a trailer park used by Auburn for housing students for on campus housing. There are trailer parks off campus that Auburn students choose to live in for extremely cheap rent however. Auburn New on campus housing expansion now provides housing for nearly every student, typically in brand new top of the line dorms.
Off campus housing is not university layout related
