Florida loses to Georgia
Georgia loses to Auburn
Bama beats LSU
LSU beats OM
Florida beats Bama in SECCG

SEC champ Florida has two losses
West division winner Bama has two losses
LSU at 11-1 with a close loss to Bama makes the playoff without winning their division

I was going to say I don't mind this scenario, but under no circumstance I would like to lose to the mutts.

Stanford still has to play Washington St., Notre Dame, and California. And for all we know Oregon could pull an upset. I could see them losing at least 1 of the games which would destroy any chance of them making the playoffs. So I wouldn't say they're a lock to make the playoffs.

LSU is really the only SEC team that could finish the season with only 1 loss I think. What would be very interesting is LSU, OU, and either Stanford or ND all with one loss. Baylor and TCU would be left out with 1 loss

Why? If Bama beats LSU they have MSU, Auburn and Charleston Southern left

LSU still has OM after bama

I don't understand. MSU might be better than OM. Auburn always plays Bama close

finish undefeated and for the rest of us to win bowl games.

Try to put the bowl game disasters from last year behind you. Oh, I'm sorry. Florida didn't play in one. But that saved you from certain disappointment, no? I would love to see OleMiss get to Atlanta against a 2-loss Georgia. That would be a great game, in my opinion.

if (and I don't think this will happen)...UGA plays and Destroys every team from here on out and destroys an undefeated LSU..we might go even with two losses. You'll see the UT game blamed on Chubb injury and Bama will be a distant memory..just part of a miraculous turnaround.

That said, we lose two more minimum this year

I feel like no teams left undefeated in the pac 12 ensured this wont happen

Florida did, and won.

Well I'm just saying it isn't like Bama has murder's row after LSU, so them finishing with 1 loss is extremely possible if they beat LSU

2 loss west team

It's very unlikely a 2-loss team will win the SEC West. If LSU doesn't beat Alabama, then it's highly doubtful anyone else will, so they would finish with one loss. If LSU does beat Alabama, it's highly unlikely that two of Arky, Missy and Aggy will, so LSU would finish with one loss. The only realistic scenario for a 2-loss SEC West champion is Ole Miss springing the upset on LSU and winning out, and that seems unlikely. Even if they beat LSU, Arky and State still pose problems for them.
