As the OP says, I'm just glad the truth has come out.

Dak was arrested for "confusion," not for DUI. And all Moo State people will pay good money to watch an attorney get him off.

He took this post directly from an ED post so it must be true.

he was showing off his new Escalade. There was just a lot of confusion.

So they've never seen an Escalade in Starkville?

City's name is legit.

Dak is just a walking domestic abuse case waiting to happen. All the ingredients are there; hardcore alcoholism, trailer-park, truck stop upbringing, Louisiana, and Mississippi State.

You obviously don't understand what the Landmass is or just wanted to fail at trying to be funny.

Yeah buddy my kids are barefoot hicks that can't read or write, we live in a run down double wide and I dig ditches for less than minimum wage for a living.

You really didn't owe that dumbass a response. He is obviously ignorant.

Have you actually BEEN in Missisippi ?? Its so poor that its depressing. Very poor. Catfishing is the way to make a living there now.

It is poor, but mostly only 3rd world poor (like you are talking about) in the delta. The rest of MS is actually very hilly and beautiful... And there actually is A LOT of money in MS. It's just OLD MONEY, and those kind of ppl with that kinda money don't advertise it or flaunt it. They have nothing to prove to the world cuz their family's ALWAYS been rich.

I have seen a lot of stupid posts in this thread by people who think they know a little about DUI laws and they are obviously ignorant of the law and of the facts.

His poor decision making still knocked him out of the #1 spot... That's right... You're no longer my favorite Dakota ,Mr. Prescott... Congratulations to you, Ms. Fanning.

What happens if you just sit down on the hood of the car and refuse the field test....??

You will be in violation of implied consent and be charged with DUI refusal.

Any DUI lawyer, in Ms at least, will tell you to politely refuse every test. Yes you will be arrested. But if you're over the limit and test, you're gonna be arrested anyway. You have the right to refuse. As long as you're not falling down drunk on their camera or have shitliads of beer cans or whiskey bottles following out of your truck, just a decent lawyer will get you off. It will cost you of course a few grand depending on the quality of the lawyer but a good one will get you off. There will be no incriminating evidence.

I guess that's good advice for someone that just has to drink and drive but I have a better plan.

Another example of bad advice as the officer will just go get a blood warrant and they will then draw your blood. Now you get a DUI refusal, automatic suspension of your DL, and the officer has his blood evidence.
