auburn got all of the breaks this year. if not, you would not be playing for the natty. youur team is talented and it was last year also. the new coaching staff is the difference but your luck will even out in the future.

You call rain a miracle. I call 4 missed FG and a kick 6 a miracle. The coaching mistakes by CNS might qualify too, but I don't care enough about this thread to elaborate on that, specifically.

One of the luckiest seasons I've ever seen. Kinda like Ohio state the last two years..... Unlike y'all's counter part blowing folks away, y'all are pretty lucky what to tell you? But this will be the first year the SEC doesn't win one! Sucks for Auburn

auburn's miracle against georgia merely atoned for murray's so-called TD on the possession before, so i say the football gods just righted a wrong....no way were they gonna allow the game to be determined by an inconclusive call at best

And I acknowledged that as a joke at the beginning of the thread.

Cade Foster sucks. That is no miracle.

kick 6 a miracle
Strategic advantage.

Good, it'd be a waste of time. Gus Malzahn outcoaching Nick Saban is no miracle. It has happened before.

Was there a miracle against Florida Atlantic? No. Agreed
Was there a miracle against Arkansas? No. Yes, but I'll cut them a break, as every team needs miracles to beat Arkansas, but God doesn't mind dishing them out, because only assholes like Arkansas
Was there a miracle against Tennessee? No. Agreed
Was there a miracle against Georgia? Yes, this play. Absolutely
Was there a miracle against Alabama? No. Miracle, no, but there was an insane amount of luck involved
Was there a miracle against Mizzou? No. Agreed

Auburn is LSU's bitch. They've won 6 out of the last 7

That last game was no product of a stiff dew. That's a team that's faster, stronger, and physically proven to stop Auburn year in and year out. Auburn fans need to stop denying they can't beat LSU because of stupid rain. didn't see Kenny stabler complaining did we?

He had missed one all season, and was >90% coming into the game.

One was a re-kick after a sketchy false start.

Maybe not a miracle that a >90% kicker misses 3 in one game, but it definitely qualifies as "damn lucky".

Put your money where your mouth is.

I'll ban bet anyone that has been around pre 2010 and has 5000+ posts, or anyone that has 10,000+ posts that FSU will win this game.

Just starting this thread is asking for some shite. Here goes:

Washington State -- Pure dumb fricking luck. This is a shitty team to barely scrape by.
Arky State -- No
Mississippi State -- PURE dumb luck. With less than 2:00 to go, Aubie got all kinds of lucky breaks
LSU -- Aubie was lucky to be in the game.
Ole Miss -- How can you NOT get more lucky against the most unlucky program in the NCAA?
Texas A&M -- For the love of GOD, Aubie was lucky as frick on about 15 plays in the 4th that got the lead late.
Florida Atlantic -- lucky that they suck
Arkansas -- lucky Malzahn didn't chose pig
Tennessee -- no
Georgia -- frick yes.
Alabama -- how many times in the history of NCAA football has a kick 6 ever happened? Shut the frick UP!!! That was a damn miracle by any standard.
Mizzou -- Lucky that JFF was still hurt. Carolina rolls in that game.

Most UNDESERVED MNC bid since LSU's 2-loss bullshite that they didn't fricking deserve. frick LSU.

Ernest Hemingway said: — 'To hell with luck. I'll bring the luck with me.' (Old Man & The Sea)

Of course that meant that even though the dude couldn't catch a fish for over a month, he knew he was good, he could fundamentally put the baits at all depths and use the right bait and knew how to fight a fish, so he would eventually catch a frickin' fish.

Think about it. Georgia had TWO defenders go for the interception, instead of knocking the ball straight down. That's something you're taught in pee-wee ball. It was "me" instead of "we".

Saban opted to go for a yard instead of a field goal late in the game to put it away. Then, he didn't put in enough speed to cover a return on the field goal. Auburn's coaches put in a speed returner, ect.

I could go on and on. I like Hemingway's quote: To Hell with luck! In other words, it's really skill and knowledge most of the time, or lack of it.

Georgia was the only miracle. It's no miracle to win a football game when you rush for 300+

So you're now living vicariously through LSU's ability to beat ranked Auburn teams?

His career average for ALL field goals is 57%.. over 4 years.. and his career percentage for all field goals against ranked opponents is 33%..

So you're saying the horse collar wasn't a fluke? I'm only taking this to mean the ref missed the call on purpose and y'all were behind it.

I agree with you but I don't see the point.

If there is one thing this place is consistent about it's reaching for any excuse/reasoning as to why their team lost, or in the alternative spinning a yarn about how their team got beat.

What matters is winning the game. We did a lot of that this year.
