Mizzou should finish 3rd in east

I mean, I don't see how anyone could be that confident about that team being better than the other also rans and better than Florida or Georgia, but sure if you think so.

Tennessee is a lock to lose to Bama and Florida and we all know Butch is going to Butch up at least one other game up. So a 3-4 loss Tennesee team isn't top two in the SEC

Do we apply the same logic to LSU and Les or no?

Tier 1 (serious SEC Title contenders)
Alabama (of course, yawwwwwwnnnn, meh, whatever)
LSU (if they find a QB they can be as good as anyone in the country)
Tennessee (lulz, um no, too high, move'em down a level or two, they've still got issues)

Tier 2 (more unknowns, possible contenders)
Arkansas (hard to tell, they start slow)
Ole Miss (they lose a lot, tough schedule)
Georgia (umm, no, Kirby is not a wizard)

7-8 win teams that could ruin someones season

Oh sheeeesh George, just stop. You don't really believe any of this, do you? You're just trolling, amirite?

Auburn
Texas A&M
Mississippi State
Florida

Bad teams that will hover around 6 wins

:::::::: sighhhhhh - nevermind :::::::::::

South Carolina
Kentucky

Clearly the 4 worst teams

Lol...yeah CLEARLY.

Not a single snap taken and we CLEARLY have a view of who will be what.

Have to love this board.

As for Mizzou, even marginal improvement on Offense and we could win 8-9 games. Big step forward and we are legitimate contenders for the East.

Our demise is greatly exaggerated.

And what confidence do you have that these two teams will be any good? Other than having former Saban asst as head coaches?

I don't have a whole lot of faith in Florida being good. I think their QB situation is death again

I have faith in Georgia winning 8-10 games because they do that pretty much every year, have a Heisman candidate running back and talented players on defense. I don't think they'll go 12-0, but they'll probably win 8 or 9 games again.

We'll be improved. How much remains to be seen. I'm thinking 7-8 wins and 2017 sets up pretty well to make another run.

Yea, 7-5 seems realistic.

Normally like starting the season with more of a tune up game, but after last season I think a challenge out of the gate will be good for us and a new staff.

It will be a good gauge of where we are.

Like I said, I think we'll be better than pretty much everyone here thinks but I don't think we'll make a real run until 2017.

Of course I could be totally wrong.

It's early, but given what little we know now this looks pretty damn accurate.

2016 looks like Butch's year. VPI is their toughest OOC, and I don't think Fuente turns them around by the 2nd week of the season. All other OOCs should be comfortable wins. In conference play, facing three first year HCs (UGa, SCar, and Mizzou) and three on the hotseat (TAMU, UK and Vandy) - wouldn't be a stretch to say Viles go 6-0 against them, worse than 5-1 would be low probability event at this juncture.

It would take a real perfect storm for UTee to go worse than 9-3 (6-3), with an realistic upside of 11-1 (7-1). Unless UGa or UF find offenses, the Viles should return to the SECCG (probably giving Saban a chance to run the streak up to 11).
