3. LSU: LSU's pure envy for everything Alabama is disgusting and abysmal. You're always trying to one up Alabama.

I object to this one because "SabanBama Derangement Syndrome", which is epidemic amongst LSU fans, is not technically "Attention Whoring". The two are separate and different mental illnesses.

Maybe not on the field, since Bama fans don't rush the field; but without the fans the program couldn't exist.

Saban thanks Alabama fans for atmosphere
Told them they are what college football is all about; and they had a huge impact on players.

Saban thanks fans after Iron Bowl
Nick Saban thanks the Alabama fan base for the atmosphere inside Bryant-Denny Stadium during the Tide's 55-44 victory over Auburn in the Iron Bowl. Our fans were fantastic and I think sticking with our team when things weren't going so well was a big part of our guys being able to come back and recapture the momentum of the game.

Drenched and exhausted, Saban refused to leave the field until he did this one last thing
After Alabama completed their 38-10 win over Georgia however, the emotions came out and surprisingly it was Saban who seemed to be most affected by the win. Before Saban left the soggy, cold field for the locker room he ran across the field with a purpose.
Saban wanted to thank the Alabama faithful. He wanted to make sure that the fans understood how much their support means to him and to his team.

Saban’s relationship with Tide fans runs deeper than most coaches across the country. Saban isn’t afraid to rip into Bama fans when needed, but then when the time comes to show appreciation for their support, no coach is more thankful than Alabama’s Nick Saban.

And this is not even true. I know definitively of at least one poster here who played on the 92 championship team (and did see some pt in the Miami game).

That's why everyone knows the Tiger Stadium advantage is not close to what LSU fans want to believe it is.
