Or some combination of both.....

2 below average games. 1 fewer game than others. Still leading nation in rushing.

1 Henry
2 Collins
3 Hurd
4 Flournet

Flournet gets bumped down since he quit in the Bama game IMO

Fournette is the best at piling up stats against unranked teams. I'll give him that.

Hurd and LF31 can compete for the 4th spot.

Had 26 yards versus Alabama and 54 yards versus Toledo.

Terrible.

As I commented on Larry's blurblet, had Chubb stayed healthy, the possibility of all three finalists being from the SEC would have been excellent.

Collins likely wouldn't have, and won't, make the finalists list, not because he's not a great RB, but because of name recognition. He's on the semi-finalist list, and deservedly so, but I suspect either Elliot or Cook will join Fournette and Henry, assuming both of the latter manage strong finishes to their season. (I don't buy that Fournette is out of the running after just one terrible game and one mediocre game. His overall resume is still extremely impressive. We can argue competition til we're blue in the face, but Fournette racked up a lot of yards in a major conference, and that'll be what people notice when whittling down the list to 3 finalists.)
