As compared to Florida competing with the bloods, crips, and state prison system for their players

Nice to know Auburn can come up with all that money

Well they can't, apparently. Last I heard, the stadium project was mothballed. That was shortly after AU announced it was running a multi million dollar deficit.

The stadium project was just pushed back to after the 2016 season because the athletic department wasn't happy with the original plan by whatever firm they hired, and they felt there wouldn't be enough time to correct the plans before then. The delay had nothing to do with money

Believe whatever you want. You are obviously a clueless moron. Any detailed story about the delay made it pretty clear the project was only being pushed back a whopping 12 months. Only a bammer tard would make a big deal out of such a delay

Sounds like Jacobs was trying to float some paper that he couldn't find a fish to bite on. Oh well, TV money will help out in 2016. I feel sure 2015 money is already spent.

Poor AU , poor phan.

All you have to do is to read the last couple pages of this thread

That should explain why I hate my rival school as well as my own fanbase.

Texas A&M is easily the most annoying, gayest, and least interesting fanbase in America. This is not hyperbole, but literally true.

Clemson thinks they belong in the 'Bama / ND talks of CFB and the Ivy League talks of academics.

Clemson has been better than ND the past 15 years or so, even though they get a lot of free hype and adverting on television.

Clemson was doing better than Bama prior to Saban.

I think Clemson has a better rep in engineering/architecture than the Ivy schools. I don't have anything against the Ivy league schools but the subjects taught at them are the same as the ones taught at other universities. They can be more selective because they aren't required to take in state students, but selectivity doesn't mean the quality of the professors and programs are better.

I think at least 2 of the Boyd/Watkins teams could have beat Bama and the team last year with Watson at QB, if they played well.

Oh my God, I don'think you're trolling. I never knew Clemson people were so astonishingly delusional about the quality of their degree from the second best public college in South Carolina.

no rankings back up your assertion. Clem is ranked 20th in US News.

Clem is better place to go if you want to live in SC, given a lot of Clemson alumni at companies here. there aren't a lot of ivy leaguers in the workplace in the south.

ivy league schools aren't known for engineering.

I love it when a person asserts one school is better than another, even though he did not go to either school. it would be like me saying one restaurant has better food than another, without sampling either restaurant's food first.

yeah but only reason privates ranked so high is the selectivity thing and publics have to take in state students. again, nothing to do with quality of professors and programs, and publics generally offer more degree programs than private.

and Clemson and other publics are a lot more affordable.

the point was he said SC was the best public in SC but we have a lot higher rankings in these US News type publications.
