I won't comment on Kyle Field (which is off the chain and in a league of its own).

Of those I've visited (not many):

1. Nebraska
2. Kansas State
3. LSU
4. Colorado
5. Okie State
6. OU
7. FSU
8. SMU
9. Houston
10. Rice
11. UTex
12. Baylor
13. Notre Dame

If you're trolling, good job

If not, there's still nothing wrong with your list. Most of these guys can't even comprehend your topic of atmospheres "you've experienced." You'll soon figure out when you post anything here, assume you're starting a pissing contest, whether you mean to or not.

I imagine Pitt rocked back in the Marino or Dorsett days. Just as Jordan-Hare became morgue-like atmosphere last year shortly after the first quarter. And folks that knock Clemson or FSU must be using a small sample to base their opinion on as well. Both are SEC BigSix experiences every time I've gone there.

Really.
One of the most underrated, hidden gems in all of fandom.
Great fans, great tailgating, great in-game environment.

Good to know. I like K-State, but now that I think about it, I really don't know much about their gameday and stadium environments.

If you came this year Freeze hadn't convinced everybody yet. You know how side walkers are.

Y'all were still better than State

Those cowbells

Like, I was there with the band, and we normally get heckled by students pretty hard, right? Under normal circumstances (Bama, UGA, Clemson, y'all - hell, even Vandy) we'd get yelled at, people saying we suck, ect. Well, not at Davis-Wade Stadium. Instead, when we had a long line of frat brahs go past us while we were at the concession stand, they just kinda looked at us with what I assume were attempts at intimidating faces, and rang their cowbells at us. No yelling. No bird-flipping. nothing. Just... ringing.

It was comical, honestly. I felt sorry for them.

Just because you add the word "you/I" or the phrase "your/my opinion" in front of a statement doesn't mean that you you are immune from being a dumbass.

I can sit here and say that In my opinion Mickey Mantle wasn't one of the greatest switch hitters of all time and while I would be completely entitled to that opinion I'd still be a fricking moron.

When you put tiger stadium, a stadium that is routinely placed among the best experiences in ALL of football, behind the majority of those schools you are a fricking moron.

Well he did go to the Idaho game, which is probably why he listed "his" experience that low.

Well then he'd be a fricking moron for judging a stadium based on a shitty OOC game.

Either way this dude is a fricking moron

Tiger Stadium was also electric the night they overcame the mighty Troy Trojans in that great fourth quarter comeback before thousands of faithful fans.

What is sad is that most State fans take pride in something that gives the opposing team's fans hours of pure comedic entertainment. There is nothing quite as funny as watching an entire group of people taking pride in how cute their cowbells are.

Or maybe he was saying the atmosphere didn't measure up to the legend

The title of the thread:

The Stadium Atmospheres I've experienced

So he wasn't ranking the stadiums, he was ranking the experiences he's had in them. I'm sure the Idaho game's atmosphere was less than impressive.

He didn't put TS that low. He put the atmosphere of the Idaho game that low.

Then he should've ranked the games he saw not just the stadium. Because as the list stands it appears he is ranking the stadiums

Well we all know that if he had been in TS for the 07 UF/LSU game then he would have that game as #1, #2, and #3.

...but he wasn't lucky enough to have been there.

I don't have a problem with the LSU vs Idaho game being #14 but that should've been made clear in the OP.
