Doesn't everyone else in the big 6 have a BSCNC? Isn't UGA known for doing less with more?

Very much so. Not only is it ugly as hell, it is designed by a turd. The walkways fit maybe 5 people shoulder to shoulder, seats are tiny, made out of aluminum.
Overall, eyesore and turible.

Probably would include not going to a bowl game, but maybe that's just me?
