Hope they don't rush it and it's not safe since I'll be there in December to watch the hogs play

I volunteer to hang from the roof and contract my butthole with a fart a few times. Same effect.

I would ask UTk. They can add 10K seats with nothing but painting supplies. Macgyverish

I knew we were hosting a lot of events, but cross country championships in a stadium seems odd

I know a certain referee from Nebraska that can help with the roof. He's got some pretty shitty reviews on Facebook tho.....

Have you seen the stadium they're building in Atlanta? What they're building over there is 100x more complex.

They literally had to invent the new type of roof. That is one of the reasons for all the delays.

Don't let this distract you from the facts the Falcons blew a 28-3 lead

yup, have a friend who is a project manager on site. Everyone is freaking out, pretty much all of of the companies working on project are having to dedicate 100% of resources to the build. They had issues with concrete, had to cut out sections and repour. etc...
Can confirm - work with a guy who works with folks that represents the engineers and it's not a good situation. This was voiced back in November. There are no experts to turn to given that the unique opening-closing mechanisms have never been used before. Very good chance of issues even rolling over into the Bama-FSU game.

All that and yall had ANOTHER 8-5 season, was that the third or fourth in a row?
No one cares how well yall under perform each year. Go ahead and just go to the Pac 12 where folks like Oregon care about "what they did to stadiums" while still failing to perform ON THE FIELD.

Play it at Bryant Denny. It's only fair.

Under budget
Nicest in college and nicer than 90% of the NFL

Flip a coin and play it in Tuscaloosa or Tallahassee with profits split. It should have been a home and home anyways. Screw these minor league NFL games in NFL stadiums.

It is not known whether the Georgia Dome, which officially closed after a Monster Jam trucks show on March 5 and is slated for demolition this summer, could be an option at this point to host more events if necessary.
Well considering they've ripped out the entire field (including the goal posts) this doesn't seem likely

That would stink. It'd move the CFB kickoff game to.....Georgia Tech.
