I have no doubt in my mind that if A&M played Florida any other week of season, they would have won. Is that an excuse? No. Florida was better than week, and you can't change the record book, but I have no doubt in my mind who was the better team last year.

We've had some on here making rediculous excuses too. I will admit that. I only make excuses in response to third-party excuses. I don't believe the excuses I throw out there. Just responding to absurdity by being absurd.

Don't use facts. Gumps don't like those. Other than using your eyeballs, and witnessing how A&M executed that game, I don't see why you wouldn't assume Alabama was just devastated from the LSU game the week prior. I mean Manziel fumbling the ball to himself and throwing a TD? Definitely doesn't happen if the Tide don't play LSU the week prior. I mean... how could it possibly?

I think at the end of the year this statement is true. Not "any other week" because Florida got better as the season progressed too.
