The SEC allowed ya'll a "variance" of some kind..thus, the STUPID "ring responsibly" campaign. It's a temporary measure and will once again be up for discussion at the SEC meetings.
I attended our game in Starkville and got a LOT MORE than an earful of your stupid bells...I hope ALL fans write to Slives' office and their own athletic depts. to get the obnoxious things banned OR let ALL fans bring their own noise-makers, to better disrupt play-calling and make for an enjoyable game for MSU fans as well !
Did you happen to hear how RESOPSIBLE your MSU fans, rang their bells last nite ??????

I think many fans find the over-sized scoreboards which CONSTANTLY flash and blare at you, as most distracting. Similar to sitting in a darkened theater and the morons in front of you constantly working their I-phones.
It's even worse at Jerry-world...but not nearly as LOUD !

outright RUDE and unsportsman-like for BOTH the team you are playing AND the fan who has to sit next to the moron clanging them !!!
