Also, this is the same TCU team that (and keep in mind, everyone is using the bowl game as the reason):

Beat WVU by 1 (a team Alabama beat by 10 and A&M beat by 8, and finished with 5 losses)

Beat Oklahoma by 4 (a team that lost to Clemson by 34)

Beat Kansas by 4 (a team that finished 3-9)

The entire playoff committee should be fired quote: TCU was playing a cupcake while the other schools challenged themselves and improved their resume. You are doing the same bull shite as the previous idiots that were running the asylum. You want to point to one game instead of looking at the entire season. This entire thing was about getting the best four teams in the tourney. The committee failed horribly in their very first try.

Exactly how does looking at the whole season help TCU's case? The only good team they beat was Kansas St. and the only other good team they played beat them.

It's hard to watch TCU and not see a really good team, but there has to be some semblance of a dividing line between "in" and " out ", and schedule strength is better than eye test when judging the top teams, IMO.

They didn't look like one of the best teams in the country against WVU, Oklahoma or Kansas. Kansas, who was 3-9, almost beat them.

Ohio St. had a championship game, but their conference schedule was cake and lost to the only decent OOC team they played. They were impressive with their 3rd string QB against Wisconsin. Keep in mind the Wisconsin coach left the day after the championship game. Maybe those Wisky players knew and were deflated.

But everyone hated the computers! They were too accurate! Too objective!

If Baylor destroys Michigan St and Alabama destroys Ohio st, The narrative that the committee blew it regarding the 4th spot will have enough weight to be a major take away from the season. we are only 1/3 of the way there.

.......and how does that compare to what OSU did for the entire season? OSU lost to Va. Tech, on their own field.

A little premature, don't you think? Let the games play out first. If Bama loses it will not bode well for the SEC so careful what you wish for. Today's massacre was more of Ole Miss being complete dogshit combined with TCU playing lights out.
