Folks laugh and act like Southern Miss has been horrible for decades, but when they are good they do steal recruits from the two big programs in state. Maybe not your five star starter but the guy backing him up. It doesn't seem like a big issue until your five star stud explodes a groin muscle and suddenly you are looking in the stands for someone to come in and play his position.

Embarrassed more than anything. My program performing worse than a program from Mississippi means our potential is not being met. That's beyond embarrassing.
