here's no way you could know that. No way the same scenario would of played out. Let's say Bama makes the first missed FG, ok then who's to say LSU wouldn't of returned the kickoff return for a TD? Or who's to say Mo doesn't fumble that kickoff return and Bama scoops up the fumble with great field position or even scores a TD after a scoop and score? "well shite paw, add dem missed fgs and that's 21, derpa derp"

What you posted had absolutely nothing to do with what I said. I was saying your claim that the score would of been similar to the one in the NCG if you rewind time and make those missed Fgs is just not true.

I meant it shouldn't be a win for the other team. Who cares if you lose by a FG? Regardless of having the better stats, you still lose.

2009 Tennessee had better stats against Alabama in the UA UT game and lost due to an unsuccessful field goal attempt (hey that sounds familiar). Safe to say the better team didn't win that game?

Give it up GC. Bama is the only team in the country that never loses. Field goals are just an unfortunate consequence of the game.
