I've seen this exact post so many times. What if it's a combination of the Oline and Booger having bad nights? He might have hit the wrong holes a few times. You don't know and neither do I.

The problem with what you're saying is that he missed on several throws with no pressure on him at all, throws that he made with ease against UF. He was pretty bad, not Jefferson bad due to his 2 big passes, but pretty bad.
This is what happens when you have a head coach that deludes himself into thinking the short to intermediate passing game doesn't matter because his Tecmo Bowl route tree has success earlier in the year.

Nope.

He missed those throws because he was rattled.

Give me a running back that could have done any better under the circumstances he was in. Bamas D line is the best I've seen in 10 yrs. Bama was totally selling out to stop him.
our rb almost ran for 100 yards on that defense
hell our qb ran for more yds than fournette

I mean shite he was backed up in the end zone. Cut him a little slack.

Hell, what if Henry had gone to UGA and Henry/Chubb/Gurley had all been in the same backfield for a year.
It just moved.

They still would have fricked up a couple of games.

What I find absurd is that other running backs that have already played BAMA this season did A LOT better than LF7 but BAMA sucked then but now they are the most stout front 7 in the history of college football
why aren't they playing better than LF& against literally any other teams?
Leonard fortunate still leads the SEC in rushing yards. Still has 7+ yards a carry, and still has played 1 less game.
IF there is a better back than him, shouldn't he have more yards?

They could have just played better teams than LF has.

I agree, let's talk DSOR.
And don't listen to anyone, an army would struggle to break through the wall that showed up last week.
Fournette is still legit.

I just re watched the game and LSU would have won if Miles would have let Harris keep throwing and running the ball.
Did you see the same game that I did in which Harris was 6 for 19?
I'll repeat. 6 for 19.

The funny thing is that the criticism he is receiving now is largely the fault of LSU fans. They told everyone for two weeks that Fournette was unstoppable and that LSU had the best Oline in the country. No matter what Alabama or anyone else did Fournette was going to get his. Y'all set the expectation sky high and then he got completely shut down and now this is the result - unfair criticism.

Probably, but you can bet your arse that our Heisman front runner would break a hundred against Bama.

Zeke is ridiculous. He's arguably more complete, supposedly hasn't missed a block all year. I would put him up there as close to Fournette.

I watched the game. I didn't see any obvious holes Fournette was missing.

It was damn near a perfect pitch by that front 7 of Bama.
And yes, they're damn talented.
And yes, it takes that kind of effort to corral LF7.
I feel Henry is on the same line bc he is just a stout man who refuses to relent.
I have no knock on LF7 bc of Saturday. Why can't people be happy that something incredible was witnessed and not turn it into squabbling? The world will never know.
