You're shorting him a year.

We're done, put a fork in us........ lol

I guess to some out there in the CFB world. Saban is seen has the Old-Banished-Lion who pokes his head out of the bushes every so often to see how the old pack is doing. Luckily Saban is Bama Nations Lion, and we'll happily take our chances of him having some fight & bite left. LSU fans sure seem concerned over "The King of the Jungle" though. Suppose an old Lion is still a dangerous one that deserves to be watched....

I would suspect, however, that next season will determine the true worth of AJM for the last few seasons.

If another guy just steps right in and has the same amount of success, the comments will be 'all they need is a game manager'...

I think the kid is better than some give him credit for, and will have a shot at the next level. We will see...

I think Bama is looking at a few losses next season. The season after that who knows. Would that be enough to make him hang it up? I highly doubt it. My opinion is five to seven more years, but thats just my opinion.

What goes up must come down. The pressure of trying to be dominant is taking a toll on him at the ripe age of 62. Would not be surprised at all if Saban retires after the 2015 season. I'm predicting two losses in 2014 and three to losses in 2015 sending panic throughout T town causing Saban to hang it up for the lack of appreciation.

He seems more relaxed than ever these days.
Do you mean like when he storms out of his regular weekly press conferences like he did the week of the Texas A&M game a month or so ago???

No, but you are.

A 45 second video included: Saban? Oh, he mad!!!

Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban stormed out of his press conference on Wednesday when he fielded three questions in a row about the story/allegations against DJ Fluker and four other SEC players.

This scene alone shows that Coach Saban is starting to loosen up a bit and maybe enjoying the game a little more. He will as we all will certainly miss AJ, but hopefully there is someone out there that will do a good job for us. One thing about it, we don't have to be perfect next year. We just have to be in the top 4 to get to the play offs, so maybe we can do that.
I have always thought that Coach and Miss Terry have decided a long time ago at exactly what age he will retire and they will relax and enjoy the grand children. In my mind I see him announcing a year in advance that it would be his last season, so we would have time to find a good coach. As far as showing him appreciation, I would think that 7 million would show anyone how much they are appreciated.
I would just like to see the team appreciated more. I wish we were having a celebration parade for the team this year, just to show how much we appreciate what they have done for the last 4 years.
