The Arkansas Georgia game is holding at 18 or moving up to 19 to 19.5 in some places...

This is odd because about 85 to 90% of the public bets are taking the points.

One of two things happening here.

The pros (ones laying big money) are going hard Georgia or this is one of a few games where Vegas feels they can fool the public. LINK

Yeah,I think it's trending the wrong way. It feels like this game will be on the defensive side, you never know though.

That's a big spread for a defensive team to cover. But stranger things have happened.

Sam Pittman is 11-3 against the spread. Take those UGA bets at your own financial peril.

A defensive team would tend to say that the offense is average or below. I don't believe that to be the case here, though the defense is the stronger side of the football.

It is a big spread for a top ten matchup. A Bama type spread. Does it say there is a strong belief in UGA? A disbelief still in Arkansas? A little of both? I don't know. I expected a +12 to +14 Arkansas. I also expected a couple of points to be shaved off that 18 by game time Saturday. Maybe that will still happen.

I don't bet on UGA, so I'll be fine.

I don't believe Georgia to be an above average offense. I feel like Georgia has almost always been built for game control and wearing down a defense with its run game and typically prostyle system.

Y'all hang 60 on a terrible Vandy team and all of a sudden are some high flying offense...

You forgot Vandy, USCe and UAB. Hell they couldn’t even muster a TD against Clemson and that has proven to be a much less impressive win. Clemson offense is broken so even UGAs defensive stats are probably overinflated. Will be interesting to see what they look like this weekend.

In fairness it was Florida's year last year before your epic game day coach benched your all world TE and a player decided it was a good idea to throw a shoe.

Then your whole team decided to quit before the bowl game and you got run out of the stadium by OKLAHOMA.

Last time we played GT we put 52 points on the board with that antiquated offense.

It all depends if Jefferson can go. If he can't then uga cruises because that backup is completely one dimensional. If he can play and be 75% then arkansa can make it a game.

Well, this is a Ricky Bobby situation for you obviously. If you're not first, you're last. Since 2017, we have consistently finished in the top half of the SEC in offense. 2019, was bad. But overall, we've been one of the best offenses in the conference every year but that one. This one will be no different. Are we gonna be top ten in the country? No. But we'll be good on offense. Unless good only applies to 2020 Bama and 2019 LSU or 2017 and 18 OU. Then no. We'll be last Ricky.

Is vandy the only team uga has played? Uga has had one of the best offenses in the nation numerous times under Kirby, so this year isn’t some anomaly.

all you clowns should be celebrating the ‘obvious’ Vegas mistake as a chance to double your entire net worth. Put everything you have in the +18 Arkansas!!!
