Sadly I do not disagree.

IS Swag returning next year?

If not maybe Ole Miss could be in the running?

I would probably pick Texas A&M in a squeaker. I think we get one more SEC win than them.

Arkansas has to stop starting off slow.

Auburn will not be very good and have a worse OOC record, but will probably squeak ahead of A&M.

Miss State --- I just have no feel for them at all right now.

To be honest, breaking in a new QB is the least of my worries. The good news is that all my worries could be alleviated before the season starts and we'll be scary good if that happens.

Unless you guys have a secret stud (cam newton) you aren't going to compete with the rest of the west.

The last 2 times we've won the SEC it's been with a QB that wasn't on-campus the previous year.

We're going to win this running away.

1) I don't think Sumlin even wants to be at A&M anymore
2) I think a lot of the big donors don't want him there
3) Our offensive coaching staff is probably going to be a non-functional hodgepodge of ideas and philosophies without a strong (or at least engaged) HC to give them direction.

The program atmosphere is paramount to success and ours looks like it's going to be toxic. That's not a recipe for success in the SEC West.

This explains the mindset of Arkansas fans perfectly. They finish one game above Auburn, a team they went to overtime with, and it's somehow hopeless in Auburn while Arkansas will be some kind of juggernaut next year.

Do you understand trends? Can you chart the last three seasons for both teams and see which way they are trending? (If you don't understand the word 'trend', try this: Is the Arkansas season record steadily getting better or worse? How about Auburn?)

Can you also make a honest comparison of the state of each respective program when each coach took the job at their respective schools?

Hint about Arkansas: Although we had some good kids (God bless them), the program was a hot mess following Johnelle.

I thought he was playing basketball now, instead?
