Let's be honest here. As Marcus Spears said on the Finebaum show today, this is just the culture in alot of areas/demographics. Unfortunately, most of the people on the Rant are not familiar with this culture and think it is appalling. Why do you think neither parties wanted to press charges and the cops didn't want to pursue it? Hell, Jeffery may be dating the girl now.
