If it was desperate to bench an inferior qb to play a much better qb, it would only be so because not doing it earlier (before the Auburn game would have been good) was Saban's worst management decision probably since he's been at Alabama.

There wouldn't have been a rematch if UGA was in the West, the 40-17 asswhipping would have been it. We would have played UK in the SECCG. UGA would have had more than just the game against ND on their resume, so Im sure the Cap One Bowl would have welcomed them again.
