There's been over $1 billion dollars invested into reinvigorating the downtown area in Birmingham in the last year. Projects such as the Thomas Jefferson Tower, the Empire Hotel, Intermodel Station, etc.. are all playing a huge role in changing the shape of the city.

Birmingham is far from dying. It's experiencing a small boom.
