It [the A/C] was rebuilt as a precursor to the NEZ Expansion.

For those that still don't get it. It's not a split-system. You can't just turn off the upstairs condenser and still have AC downstairs like at your house. You would have to disable the AHUs servicing the entire north zone, sabotage the chilled water pipes entering the stadium, or shutdown a portion of the 100k-ton chiller system spread across campus. Someone would notice.

I'm thinking they're probably both telling the truth. It's not cold enough or blowing hard enough because it's old as hell and it is also working normally.

We have an old stadium too.

Sure, bud. Sure.

Take the L and move on. I heard Tom is setting up a kissing booth down at the whataburger. Better hurry up before his players get there.

Fact is the room was hot.

It’s possible for AC to work, but have been intentionally left off until gameday.

The same HVAC guy that installed TU's stadium units also has season tickets right by the visitor's locker room.

which is worse....Texas having a stadium that’s seats over 110k that has no ac in the visitors lockeroom or Texas intentionally shutting it off.

That’s bullshite. They have different zones controlled by VAVs. You can control the zones separately.

Wrong.

ESPN Radio reported they were going to broadcast pregame from the locker room, but the heat was overwhelming.

If you weren't too lazy or dumb to click the link, the anger was because it's a lie. A total fabrication. Fake news.

UT fan will never realize it’s possible for a room to be hot and still have a working AC.

Fact is the room was made hot by turning off AC when LSU wasn’t using it. On a 100 degree day, the AC would have no chance to cool the room down. It’s not fake news.

That is just trash. Are you an American? Then give the opposing team some damn respect. Sportsmanship was once a proud ideal in this country but no longer, got to get your arse on ESPN.

Not reading this while thread, I just want to point out that this is from the fan of a team who caused every other program in the conference with the means to do so to leave because they (texas) were assholes.

So now the line switches from "there's no AC in the locker room" to "somebody turned it off."

Nice!

So your take is O calls LA Tech. Tech says the locker room AC underperforms. O brings fans from
BR says in response to a question or was still hot even with the fans.

And you believe both LA Tech and O are not telling truth? We just brought fans for no reason?
