Gotta be tough knowing that they've actually won a division championship in the 2000s, right?

Nah, no one respected Big 12 Division championships back then. Heck we even tied for one in that period so its not like Aggies are butthurt about it.

Not hating on Mizzou, just saying that isn't a strong comparison point. If I wanted under our skin I would have gone for our recent head-to-head vs Mizzou.

I disagree with the OL advantage to ASU, they are having to plug in 2 new starting tackles. Myles Garrett and Daeshon Hall (former #1 DE in Texas in 2013) are going to wreak havoc on their tackles. Get familiar with the name Daeshon Hall, he will put up double digit sacks this year as people focus on Garrett.

Incorrect

They lost All-Pac 12 safety Damarious Randal to the draft (1st round pick) and their starting nickel corner graduated.

The idea that the QBs are a push is a joke. We have a better QB situation period. Heck our backup is more talented than ASU's starter.

OP is insane if he doesn't call the qb an Aggie edge

You're right. For some idiotic reason (probably quantity of tackles) I thought Randall was an Lb when I wrote that. I'll edit it in the OP.

OL: Slight Advantage - Arizona State

Really?

Arizona State is starting two new OTs this year. Last year they were ranked 109 in FBS for sacks allowed and that was w/a more experienced line.

Thats a pretty fair assessment and thanks for providing that.

I can understand why you put their OL as a slight advantage, but I think as the season goes on people will realize we will be very, very good there.

Depth-wise, yes. But have you done any research on Arizona State's QB? Just curious, because I did. I like Kyle Allen and I think he's great, but he also went 13 for 28 for 106 yards, 1 td (great catch by Speedy) and 1 int. against ULM. Bercovici went 27 for 45 with 510 yards, and 5 tds against USC. I'd argue you're insane if you don't think it's at least close.

LOL, you think Chavis will blitz Hall enough and put him in position to get double digit sacks!

That is your problem. That isn't the current Kyle Allen. That was freshman growing pains Kyle Allen. The Kyle Allen that ASU will face is the confident mofo that was the MVP of our bowl, aka 22 of 35 for 294 yards 4TDs with 1 Int. Everything us Aggies have heard or seen this year show that Allen took a step forward preparing for and playing that bowl game and he intends to keep that momentum going forward.

If you would have said slight edge I don't have a thing to bitch about really. ASU does have some talent. But push is some bullshite. Bercovici did have a good career start, I will give him that.

I know. This was the only game he played in last year. All of those other games were played by some empty, thoughtless, clone that we called Kyle Allen
