Hey man, I'm a UT grad and longtime Texas fan and what I'm seeing here is a general reaction to a development that is unexpected and unwanted by some SEC fans. The Aggies are good. I've been watching them for decades. This is the best A&M offense I've ever seen. JFF is the real deal and Sumlin & Kingsbury have taken the SEC by storm. I'll even make this prediction - The style of play that A&M has brought into the SEC will ultimately force the rest of the league to follow suit to some degree. If A&M ever develops an elite defense, the rest of the league will have to adjust or get left behind. Sumlin + Kingsbury + JFF = Best Aggie teams in history. Now and injury to JFF or losing Kingbury can alter that, but they are on track to do some things unprecedented for them.

Good for you, you have 1 good season, but if you want to play with the big boys, you have to have MULTIPLE good seasons. Unfortunately though you play in the same division with teams who have had multiple 10+ win seasons in only the last 5 years. Realize where you truly stand right now.

LOL U mad! Must be a back up texas fan too. Never liked the Whorns and NOW I actually know who TAMU are instead of thinking they are just a subdivision of Texas Longhorn school.

Also listen to the talk about TAMU now vs when they were in the Big 12. A lot more talk because they are in the SEC. Will they run it? Who knows maybe one day, but in order for that to happen that mean our program and a few others would have to lay down. Would that happen? Only time will tell, whatever the case thanks to the SEC Texas A&M are now separating themselves from Texas central itself and the BIg 12 and their "big brother" can only look on in worry.

After all, TAMU married up into a different family and we the new family , pretty much feel that even though TAMU might be assholes and cocky, their ours now gtfo out of our house.

Have a hard time taking the OP seriously when he honestly thought it had been over 70 years since we'd won 10 games...frick the fact that we did it five times in the 1990's alone.

It's coming...enter Golden, Huggins, Walker, Zimmerman, Wade, Chevis, Claiborne, Miles, Washington, Williams, Sezer, Garner, Ellis, Flowers, and possibly Manning, Savaiinaea, and maybe even your prize recruit, Robinson.

A&M is about to become THE SCHOOL in the state of Texas. Anyone that pays attention to football here realizes it and recruits are catching on. Yes, Austin is much more appealing than College Station... But let's be honest, would you rather play for Kevin Sumlin or Mack Brown right now? And who would you rather play with, Johnny Heisman or David Ash?
