Who is this color guy? He seriously just said that the only team to host in the West would be who won the West. He added, LSU, Arkansas, Texas A&M would be solid two seed some place. Then he went on to explain his reasoning because a team like Missouri State is a strong mid major and will host.

Unfortunately for him, research could have been his best friend. MoState cannot host a regional this year and if only 3 teams from the SEC get host sites I'll kiss his arse.

I stopped the video when the ball was in the way of the foul pole mesh, and could easily argue it either way.

This video doesn't prove shite.

Really? Post some links.

Most State fans including myself have been pretty concerned about the pitching injuries.

Foul or fair, State shouldn't have put themselves in that position. Most State fans knew that the team was playing over their heads with the injuries. It's still a remarkable job that Cannizaro has done but it's still 2 more games of the series.

I have found this game is far more entertaining to watch with the sound muted. The color guy blows.

At the game and if sitting in stands it was about 2 foot inside the foul line. I seen view that was showed on TV and that view is not even looking down the dang line.

The MSU first basemen had a perfect view, and you can tell in that video that he sure thought it was fair.

From A&M's site:

Thursday's and Saturday's games will air on ESPNU. Clay Matvick will handle play-by-play duties while Mike Rooney provides color analysis.

It does look foul in that video, but that's a shitty angle.

The risky steal by State with Rooker on deck was the nail in State's coffin.

When I saw Plumlee down there with bases loaded, I knew he was good for at least 2 but not a grand slam. This is our only shot. At 4-2, I have Self down there and shoot the moon. We had to keep it close to have a chance.

they are a solid SEC team, no doubt. however, getting 5 runs on 1 hit in an inning will NOT happen against a team with elite pitching. A&M are the beneficiaries of the collapse of the MSU pitching staff that has performed over their heads till now....what scared you, a grand slam that most probably was foul in the first place?

I should be ashamed because I follow State heavily but what was the projected starting before all the injuries? Obviously Pinklington was the Friday guy. Plumlee was Saturday until he was moved to the pen for depth. Who was the 3rd?
