Colin Klein, Nick Marshall, Ryan Mallett, Graham Harrell and Tyler Wilson were not terrible/mediocre, IMO.

God we have needed a defensive coordinator for a very long time.

Every team in the SEC can list Jefferson/Lee. That's amazing.
Except for Missouri, by default.

Made me remember that Florida didn't have a very good time against Brandon Cox of all people back in the late mid to late 2000s.
Bama was 0-3 against Brandon Cox 2005-2007

Mad respect for this dude.
We beat the shite out of him during games and he just kept getting up.
I always liked Cox.

He didn't beat y'al, he destroyed y'all
Let's put a couple of things into proper perspective here:
1) Bama closed that game to within 7 with the entire 4th qtr to go. SC scored another TD with about 7 minutes to go to provide the 14 point final margin (one of only 4 times in 98 games Bama has lost by double digits. Point - it wasn't a "destruction" like you said.
2) Key to that game was how efficient Garcia was (17 of freaking 20) and how your D shut down the Bama running game (36 yards rushing). Garcia actually only had 200 yards passing, but he was so efficient.
3) That was one of those games that just felt like it was ripe for an upset. Bama came in on a 19 game winning streak (31 straight regular season wins), defending champs, and played against two top 10 teams in consecutive weeks before that game. Good job by you guys closing the deal, but, again, USCe didn't "destroy" the Tide that day.
