Anyone who is cruel to animals ... especially on that level, needs to go to jail.

Frick him.

He brought it to the vet. Is this a case of being mean or abusive, or simply neglecting to care for it properly? The article doesn't really say.

Aside from the issue with the dog, he had an illegal alligator at his home in Baltimore.

Sounds like it was very severe neglect.

IMO, that's much worse than a single incident of abuse....

He took it to the vet as it was dying. The original article has the information, it was left alone locked up without food for over 2 weeks IIRC. His fatass should be know more than anyone how important food and water is to survival.

EDIT: 4 weeks. 4 fricking weeks. I couldn't get the article to link.

article sounds like the injuries were so bad to the dog that they opened an investigation. so probably all of the above

Is it possible the dog was just hanging out around Cody's feet and he never saw it?

People who abuse or neglect animals are some of the worst people on earth. I hope he spend a lot of time in jail.

I'd say he should get the same punishment but his fat arse could live up to 6 months without food.
